Michael is President and CEO of Canadian-based Etratech Inc., headquartered in Burlington, Ontario. Etratech is a privately held corporation specializing in the development, design and manufacture of advanced electronic controls and other devices for major multinational companies. Audio Mechanical was acquired by Etratech early in 2006, and Michael serves as Chairman of the company.

Alan's career spans nearly 40 years experience in the electronics business, covering circuit design, semiconductor marketing, automotive electronics engineering and OEM manufacturing. Much of his professional life has been spent in Germany, Singapore and Hong Kong, offering him exceptional expertise in international business.

An Audio Mechanical Director for the past 12 years, Gerald worked previously with HSBC for 35 years, serving in countries throughout the Far East in various senior management positions. Gerald oversees the financial aspects, logistics and administration for Audio Mechanical's business.

Michael has been a part of Audio Mechanical's management team for the past 13 years. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and post-graduate diploma in Industrial Automation, Michael directs the operations of the company's factory.

A graduate of the UK's Durham University, T.Y. joined Audio Mechanical in 1993. Started as a Project Engineer, he initially handled software development and electronic design. T.Y. moved to the management field for 10 years and has been involved in the sales and marketing efforts of the company for the past four years.

Iris holds a CPA designation and brings to Audio Mechanical more than 15 years of financial management experience at the operations and corporate levels. Her range of experience spans the audit, management consulting, manufacturing and engineering sectors.

Dicky joined Audio Mechanical in 2000 and currently leads an engineering team of nine engineers. He has 14 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry and holds a Masters of Science degree in Electronic Engineering as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.

Having worked in the purchasing and supply field for over 18 years, Josephine obtained broad experience in management and purchasing that she brings to bear on her work with Audio Mechanical. Josephine transferred to Audio Mechanical's Logistics department in May of 2007.

Ernest has nearly 16 years of experience in the OEM and ODM electronics field, with particular expertise in audio, video and communications products. Joining Audio Mechanical Corp. in April of 2007, Ernest works with six buyers in the company's purchasing team.
